1. Preamble<\/b><\/p>\n

These terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company BHM EXPORT<\/b>, a SARL with share capital of 60,000 euros, Paris Trade Register 819 429 200, whose registered office is at 82 rue Manin, 75019 Paris (hereinafter \u2018We\u2019), and any person making a purchase via the website www.artdeluxe-naturel.com (hereinafter \u2018the Customer\u2019).<\/p>\n\n

2. Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n

These terms define the conditions of sale between BHM EXPORT and the Customer, from order to delivery, including payment, withdrawal and warranties.<\/p>\n\n

3. Orders<\/b><\/p>\n

Orders are placed exclusively on www.artdeluxe-naturel.com. The process includes the selection of products, validation of the cart, identification, choice of delivery method and payment. Before final validation, the Customer is given a summary allowing them to check and correct their order.<\/p>\n\n

4. Prices<\/b><\/p>\n

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges which are stated separately before the order is validated. BHM EXPORT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n

5. Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Settlement is made by bank card or by any other method offered on the site. Transactions are secure and bank details are never stored by BHM EXPORT.<\/p>\n\n

6. Delivery<\/b><\/p>\n

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Estimated times are 3 to 5 working days, in mainland France as well as internationally.<\/p>\n

In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place in any event within a maximum period of thirty (30) days<\/b> from the conclusion of the contract. Failing this, the Customer may terminate the contract under the conditions set out in articles L.216-2 et seq. and obtain a refund of the sums paid.<\/p>\n\n

7. Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, without having to give reasons or incur any penalty.<\/p>\n

To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com or by post to BHM EXPORT, 82 rue Manin, 75019 Paris. They may use the model form set out in article 8 below, though this is not compulsory.<\/p>\n

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect resalable condition, within fourteen (14) days of the notification. Return costs are borne by the Customer<\/b>, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code: the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the products. The outbound delivery charges they paid are refunded on the basis of the standard rate, in accordance with Article L.221-24.<\/p>\n\n

7.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/i><\/p>\n
