It is drawn from articles 7, 8 and 9 of our <a href=\"https:\/\/artdeluxe-naturel.com\/en\/conditions-generales-de-vente-cgv\/\">Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/a>, which shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal: 14 days<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of <strong>fourteen (14) days<\/strong> from receipt of the products, to return them without having to give reasons or incur any penalty.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to <a href=\"mailto:contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com\">contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com<\/a> or by post to BHM EXPORT, 82 Rue Manin, 75019 Paris, within the allotted period.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Condition of returned products<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect resalable condition.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return costs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, <strong>return costs are borne by the Customer<\/strong> : the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the products and may use the carrier of their choice. The outbound delivery charges they paid are, however, refunded on the basis of the standard rate, in accordance with Article L.221-24. No restocking fee is charged. For any question about your return: <a href=\"mailto:contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com\">contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, BHM EXPORT will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the returned products or from the proof of dispatch provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless the Client expressly agrees to another method.
