Every order leaves our Paris workshops under sealed protection and travels by DHL Express, tracked and signed for on delivery.
1. Zones and Delivery Times
France — €12 — 3 to 7 working days
Europe — €29 — 7 to 15 working days
The Americas — €69 — 5 to 10 working days
Middle East — €89 — 5 to 10 working days
Asia — €99 — 7 to 15 working days
Delivery times run from the moment of dispatch. Certain rare pieces are prepared by hand and may require an additional day before being handed to the carrier.
2. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced free of French tax: VAT is deducted automatically at checkout.
In return, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, local taxes or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These amounts are set by the local authorities, are never paid to us, and remain the responsibility of the recipient. They are usually settled directly with the carrier on delivery.
Exemption thresholds and rates vary from country to country and change regularly. We invite you to check the rules currently in force with the customs authorities of your country before ordering.
3. Import Restrictions
Some of the categories we offer — foodstuffs, hive products, plants and resins, cosmetic preparations — are subject to specific import rules depending on the country. It is for the recipient to ensure that the pieces ordered may lawfully enter their territory.
Where a parcel is held or destroyed by the customs authorities of the destination country on grounds relating to those rules, the order cannot be refunded.
4. Tracking and Receipt
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Should the parcel be refused at delivery or at customs clearance, return costs and any duties already incurred are deducted from the refund.
