Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You may use this number on the carrier’s website to follow the progress of your parcel.
Estimated times are 3 to 5 working days, in mainland France as well as internationally. Delivery costs are €12 in France, €29 in Europe, €45 in the Americas, €89 in the Middle East and €99 in Asia.
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Contact our customer service at contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com to receive the procedure. Return costs are at your expense; the outbound delivery charges you paid are refunded at the standard rate. Products must be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Perishable goods and unsealed cosmetics are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28).
