This page sets out the return and refund conditions applicable to orders placed on artdeluxe-naturel.com. It is drawn from articles 7, 8 and 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall prevail.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, to return them without having to give reasons or incur any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@artdeluxe-naturel.com or by post to BHM EXPORT, 82 Rue Manin, 75019 Paris, within the allotted period.
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect resalable condition.
Return costs
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, return costs are borne by the Customer : the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the products and may use the carrier of their choice. The outbound delivery charges they paid are, however, refunded on the basis of the standard rate, in accordance with Article L.221-24. No restocking fee is charged. Refund
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, BHM EXPORT will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or from the proof of dispatch provided by the Customer.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless the Client expressly agrees to another method. BHM EXPORT reserves the right to defer the refund until the returned products have been received and their condition verified.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor for goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection — which notably covers our cosmetics and foodstuffs whose packaging or seal has been opened.

Statutory warranties
The products supplied by BHM EXPORT benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the Client may request the repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a reduction in price or the rescission of the contract.
