Gelée Royale Pure du Plateau d’Anzer | Récolte Artisanale • Plateau d’Anzer, Rize, Turquie
Apis mellifera : récolte artisanale issue de la coopérative locale d’Anzer.
Location and Growing Variables
Biotope
An ecological sanctuary, the endemic flora of Anzer: this exceptional royal jelly comes exclusively from the Anzer plateau (Ballıköy), set in the mountains of the Rize province, Turkey. Suspended between 2,300 and 3,000 metres, this territory is among the purest and most preserved ecological sanctuaries on the planet. Shielded from all modern industrial or agricultural activity, the biotope shelters remarkable wildlife and an alpine flora of extraordinary richness. Of the 450 varieties of wild flower that carpet the plateau, close to 90 are endemic species found nowhere else in the world. It is by foraging this exclusive, untouched biodiversity that the native Caucasian bee (Apis mellifera caucasia) — singularly resistant to extreme climates — produces a royal jelly of sovereign biological quality, impossible to reproduce elsewhere.
Harvest
The queen's substance of the hive in its original purity: the technical distinction of this 10 g lot lies in its absolute integrity and its native freshness. Secreted by nurse bees to feed their queen alone, royal jelly is harvested discreetly by the beekeepers of the traditional Anzer cooperative during a very short window in summer. This product is offered in its raw state of purity: it has undergone no freeze-drying, no industrial processing, and no addition of preservatives or water.

Brewing Parameters
01
Mode de préparation (Rituel sublingual) : Each morning, on an empty stomach, take a micro-dose of about 200 to 300 mg (the equivalent of a small grain of corn, or the tip of a spatula). Place the dose directly under the tongue and let it melt slowly for 1 to 2 minutes without swallowing at once. Placing it under the tongue allows it to dissolve slowly, in the traditional manner.
02
Recommandation de conservation (Critique) : Fresh royal jelly is sensitive to heat and oxidation. It must be kept refrigerated (between 2 °C and 5 °C), in its hermetically sealed glass jar, away from light. Always use a clean spatula or spoon made of wood, mother-of-pearl or plastic — never a metal spoon, as metal instantly oxidises the delicate compounds of the jelly.
03
Precautions for use: Intended for adults and adolescents. Not suitable for people with a known allergy to bee products (honey, pollen, propolis, bee stings). As a precaution, use should be confirmed with a healthcare professional for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
